Format: Four Person Scramble

Come help raise money for the 8th Annual Randi Perkins, Kids Helping Kids Golf Tournament. Drinks during the tournament and dinner after will be provided. There will be attendance prizes, Skin games, longest drive, Closet to the Pin, and other events.

Complete the Registration Form and mail with check payable to "Kids Helping Kinds, LTD". All registration forms must be sent with payment by September 1st.
