BMWs and Bunkers at Bellerive

So what if Mr. Woods won't be in attendance? The 2008 BMW Championship, which is the third leg of the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedEx Cup, is coming to St. Louis for a week.

Starting on Monday, September 1, 69 of the most amazing golfers alive will be swinging their irons at Bellerive Country Club. It's known for being a long course with big greens, and it has the added appeal of having recently undergone a year-long renovation. Not too shabby St. Louis.

If you want to attend, tickets are a bit pricey ($225), but there are still some available. Click here to join the estimated 25,000 other fans who will be in attendance. Men, even if you're not that into golfing, you should still appreciate this momentous milestone for St. Louis golf. And ladies, Sergio Garcia is pretty easy on the eyes.

Plus, you might feel better shelling out the cash since all of the proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Evans Scholars Foundation, which establishes scholarships for caddies in college. This year alone, 820 caddies are attending college as Evans Scholars.

Anyone going? What are you looking forward to most?
