Guardian Angels for Soldier's Pet is an organization that fosters pets for military families.  A family in Texas needed somewhere for their two German Shepherds to go wile Thomasa the husband and father was in Iraq.  The wife was pregnant and had another child.  They were moving to her brother's house and had no room for the dogs.  One of her friends told her about this program.  Barbabra Lawrence signed up to be a foster parent for animals of people in the army.  She lives on three acres of land.  This was perfect for the two large German Shepherds.  She took them in and helped this family greatly in their time of need.  This program is a wonderful idea.  I hope it continues to be successful.
