Is Kate Hudson Just Flighty...Or Has She Got The Crazy?

Kate Hudson goes through men like most of us go through pay-per-view movies.....you know, keep 'em for a few days, maybe a week...then it's on to the next entertaining thing!

Now, I never really thought that her short attention span in dudes would translate to her business sense....but then again, why wouldn't it?

Kate is in some hot water, deep sneakers, bad juju, whatever you want to call it, with a hair care company. The hair care people are suing Kate for unspecified damages (in english i think that means LARGE $$$)...she's accused of enjoying their top-secret, not-yet-released formula of volcano ash products so much that she went out and put together her own group of hair care people, created the exact same volcano ash hair care stuff, and then went on HSN to sell it.

In her defense Kate says she has never even met the Volcano Ash people, and doesn't know what the lawsuit is all about.....
