Chores

It used to be the girls were the only ones to do the inside chores.  These chores included dishes and laundry.  You would think that now days it would be even with boys doing as many indoor chores as girls.  This is not the truth according to The Highlights magazine.  There was a survey in the magazine that asked if children do chores.  71.9% of the children said they do.  74.7% girls said they did chores and only 65.3% of the boys said they did chores. I wonder if this is because the boys aren't expected to by the parents or if the boys choose not to do chores.
