Wubs' longest field goal came in the third quarter from 45 yards out.
Drake's running back Stephen Platek rushed from a yard out near the end of the first half for his team's other points.
Quarterback Mike Piatkowski connected for 27 of 34 passes to make up all of Drake's 340 passing yards. Piatkowski was also sacked twice by Missouri S&T's Clay Kinman and once by Melvin Banks.
Missouri S&T's quarterback Steve Watson threw for half of his team's 120 total yards as Drake (4-1) kept the Miners (0-6) to just six first downs.
