With the 4th of July falling on a Saturday--there's been some confusion as to what's open when and what's closed when. My sister and I were trying to figure out last night if banks would be open tomorrow or not.
So-hopefully-this will help to clarify things a little bit. First of all--is there mail tomorrow ? Yes-there will be regular mail delivery but most post offices will close at noon. No mail on Saturday.
Most banks will have regular hours tomorrow but be closed Saturday.
Libraries-open tomorrow-closed Saturday.
County and municipal government offices in Missouri and Illinois will be closed tomorrow and Saturday.
Most area grocery stores and shopping malls will be open tomorrow and Saturday. Some malls-however-may close at 6 on Saturday.
Happy 4th ! ! ! !
