If you have been jaded by the NHL you could care less about it or the St. Louis Blues. There is a upside to the Blues making the playoffs. Added revenue for downtown, moral for fans looking to the future of the Blues. Scottrade has been pretty packed this year and not just for the Blackhawk and Red Wings games. With this push for the playoffs people have come back to watch what was at one point one of the most consistent sports teams around. Think about this. What if the Blues dont make the playoffs? Are we going to come back around next year and drag through what everyone knows is one of the longest regular seasons in sports, to be disappointed again if the dont make the playoffs. If failure continues, I believe this city will just give up on the Blues. And that breaks my heart a little
