In February 2009 TV stations will stop broadcasting in the analog format and switch to digital. What does that mean to you? What do you have to do to your TV? Before you throw your TV out the window, watch this video.

We talked to Tom Tipton, the General Manager of ABC30, and he broke it down for us.

Thanks, Trish and Tom! Very helpful, simple info...

I am one of those rare (crazy?) people who has never (that's right, NEVER) had cable or sattelite in my home. At this point, I consider it a challenge to remain cable/satellite free, a battle of wills. I don't watch much TV, but I like to catch my regular shows on broadcast TV. This will help me stay in the semi-connected state I've been in all my life. Thanks!
