One thing that always feels good this time of year is a brisk walk outdoors. In my neighborhood, I can get a nice workout walking through the subdivision...normally 2 and a half miles....4 miles when I'm feeling frisky. But sometimes I like to get off of the concrete and asphalt, change the scenery and really see nature. One hiking trail close to my home is the trail around Faust Park in Chesterfield. It's a nice leisurely walk with a few hills and some nice views of nature. Of course, at Faust Park you can also explore the Butterfly House, take a ride on the carousel, view a village from days gone by and so much more. Faust park is easy to find between hiway 40 and 141 off of Olive. What are some of the hiking trails around the area that you enjoy?
