The REAL Best Super Bowl Commerical Promises Free Food

Sure, the Doritos commercial was one of the few Super Bowl commercials that made me laugh out-loud, but it wasn't my favorite. By far, the best commercial during that entire football game was the one that promised America free food.

In case you haven't heard about the offer, Denny's is serving anyone who wants it free breakfast tomorrow (Tuesday, February 3). If you show up at any Denny's between 6 a.m.and 2 p.m., they'll feed you a Grand Slam and hand you a coupon book - assuming that you have time to wait in line with the inevitable throngs of people who will rush the diner for the promise of free food. If you can't wait or they run out of chow, each participating Denny's has 500 rain checks that you can redeem for a Grand Slam at a later date.

The Grand Slam includes two pancakes, two eggs, two sausage links and two pieces of bacon. Assuming that most Denny's servers are going to hate their lives and their jobs tomorrow, I wouldn't ask for any substitutions if I were you.
