Down in JeffCo, they're receiving national recognition for livability!
CNN and Money magazine have put together a pretty detailed rating of small cities around the country in their Best Places to Live section.
When you get to the "most affordable" section, you'll find our neighbors in Arnold, Missouri ranked at number thirteen. According to the chart, the median home sale price in Arnold is just over $119-thousand, and folks who buy there are likely to "see their income go the furthest."
According to the full list of best small cities to live in, Plymouth, Minnesota is tops. The overall best small city to live in in Missouri is St. Peters, weighing in at number 60. (O'Fallon ranks #68 and St. Charles is 82nd) How do they do the overall ranking?
"Plentiful jobs, excellent schools, affordable housing - America's best small cities have all that and more. See the top 100 best places to live - including detailed city profiles, homes for sale and million-dollar homes."
