Gessh--this gasoline thing is effecting everybody in every way. I was riddled with guilt Saturday morning when I took a little cruise and listened to some music.
You see at my house--Saturday mornings are for sleeping in. But not for me. I get up at 4am during the week--so sleeping in for me is like sleeping til 6--maybe 6:30.
So while the others sleep--I get up and go to my neighborhood QT--buy a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and a paper--go to a neighboring parking lot and sit there and read the paper and enjoy breakfast.
Then I like to pop in a favorite CD and take a little cruise on the interstates. Cars are the perfect little concert auditorium aren't they ? I've always said the 2 most important things for me in a car are a good stereo system and a sunroof.
I love to cruise and listen to the jams. But now that I'm spending a substantial amount of money burning gas---I don't love it as much. I feel guilty now.
