A new restaurant is opening in the Tower Grove area tonight. Alistair Nisbet and Brendan Noonan, owners of the Scottish Arms, are opening The Shaved Duck.
The doors open at 5pm tonight. Their website isn't functional right now but I called and was told it's a "contemporary american bistro." They have a beer list with "all american craft brews"....4 on tap and 40 different bottles..and wine from all over the world.
The kitchen is open from 5p-10p Tues-Sat and the bar stays open until 1:30.
