Traveling with an infant could be a disaster if you're not prepared.  I was never brave enough to travel with my son for more than an hour or two when he was an infant.  Maybe because I didn't read this article from Parenting.com.  Sounds so easy...Hmm.

Here are a few tips to consider:

Start packing in advance - don't wait until the last minute

Pack a few childproof items to keep your hotel room safe

Plastic baggies come in handy

Stroller = high chair and a place to nap!

Shoot for non-stop flights

Make a take-along toy box
