Well I'll be a monkey's uncle; you're back for more Toast? You asked for it...here's what the stars did this week:

Tube Talk

American Idol crowned Kris Allen the season eight champ and the show wrapped with performances from both finalists and a handful of pseudo-celebs. Though experts projected Adam would win by a landslide, what do "experts" ever really know?

24 and Lost both aired a finale recently and I'll be danged if the two don't share a pivotal line of dialogue that one ripped off nearly verbatim from the other.

Shawn Johnson took home the Dancing with the Stars season eight crown, leaving Gilles Marini in the dust with a cha-cha that left the judges speechless and the crowd hungry for more. Rumors continue to swirl over next season's contestants.

Star Gazing

Miley Cyrus took her battle of the bulge to Twitter this week, with a pitifully spelled tweet that tore into those calling her fat on the social networking site. This, of course, comes after Miley called herself fat just days earlier...hypocritical, perhaps?

A Florida radio station killed Patrick Swayze; claiming the cancer-stricken actor had died despite the fact that, well, he's still alive. Patrick's people were less than pleased with the report, saying he's alive and responding to treatment.

The south of France is saturated with celebs as the Cannes Film Festival is in full-effect. For some reason Paris Hilton showed up...nobody really knows why but we think she may have taken a wrong turn on the way to her dealer.

Reel World

Remember when Christian Bale went postal a while back on a Terminator Salvation crew member? Well, that movie's open now. The studios opted for a Thursday release; rarely a good sign. Here's what QBert had to say about it.

Ben Stiller returns to the big screen with Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian; the sequel to the insanely successful original. This time it's the Smithsonian that's a'rockin' as hitory's characters come out to play.

That, and a metric pantload more awaits you. Watch the video and kindly pass it to a friend.
