Ok, hear that robotic voice emanating from your speakers? That's called AutoTune, and it's ruining pop music. Though the program's creator intended it as a means to tweak vocals to meet the proper pitch, artists more commonly use it because they get a kick out of sounding like R2D2; throwing true talent to the wind.
