You know things are getting a little rough when you start running across these types of stories.

ShrimpSALEM, N.H. (AP) It appears that shrimp was his weakness. Police said a man wanted for crimes in two states was identified as a suspect in the disappearance of frozen shrimp from the same supermarket four times this month...

On Monday, managers at the Market Basket confronted a 46-year-old man, telling police he was attempting to take more shrimp and that he pushed a manager to try to get away. Police took the man into custody.

He was arrested on charges of shoplifting, simple assault and being a fugitive from justice. He was arraigned and held on $100,000 bail. ~ KTVI - AP

 


Bar StoolsNEWARK, Ohio (AP) Authorities in Ohio say a man has been charged with drunken driving after crashing his motorized bar stool.

Police in Newark, 30 miles east of Columbus, say when they responded to a report of a crash with injuries on March 4, they found a man who had wrecked a bar stool powered by a deconstructed lawn mower. ~ USA Today - AP

 

 


BoyDes Moines - A Brody Middle School student may be taking the hit movie and book "Twilight" too seriously. A 13-year-old boy at the Des Moines school was referred to juvenile corrections after allegedly biting 11 students between Feb. 10 and March 13, a Des Moines police report said. According to the report, the boy bit a 13-year-old female student on the right hand at a track meet on March 13. Brody Vice Principal Connie Sloan investigated the incident and found that the boy had bitten 10 other students. ~ NuttyNews.com
