When I first gave you a heads-up about the 2009 Ice Carnival in the Loop, I wasn't sure what to expect other than frozen buns and human dog sled races. Well, we saw those things - along with scantily-clad pirates, icy putt-putt golf, chainsaws, frozen burritos, people dragging people and first-time visitors to the Loop.
