Parkour seems like a huge waste of time

Awesome vid Elly, way to rep PK ^^ That other video is an old video of Epic and Kevin it looks like, and that's Freerunning and Tricking, not Parkour, there IS a difference... But yea there's a lot of Freerunners and Traceurs around STL, me being one.

I would totally be like Melody! I am too scared of getting hurt to actually do something like that. But, it does look fun!

I hope we do a follow up because I would l like to try this out myself! Looks like a rush Thanks for sharing.

If you do a follow up, you really should talk about the history of the sport (I can't believe you didn't), who invented it, how it took off etc. there's a ton on the subject all over the net, not hard to find guys. Whenever I try to describe it to people (and they look at me strange at the name), I say "picture skateboarding without the skateboard"

Didn't one of those end up on Ninja Warrior earlier this year?

I think you did a fantastic job representing Parkour Elly. I am sure there's a limited amount of time for them to shoot things, but if you have gotten the word out, then it's a start.

I hope that they eventually do a spot on TRICKset, touching briefly on the history, as I'm sure most people know what it is, and show the awesomeness of the 'crew'
