Are you curious and eager to learn more about certain ethnicities, customs and traditions?  St. Louis has the event for you!

The International Institute of St. Louis is hosting the region's largest multi-cultural arts festival this upcoming weekend in South City's Tower Grove Park. The event will include live entertainment, dance lessons, crafts, activities, food, shopping and gifts from around the world.

The festival promises to deliver variety and something for every taste; entertainment will include everything from the Spanish flamenco to colorful Vietnamese dragon dances to rumbling Ivorian drums.

Be sure to come hungry! The festival will include an international market with 30 or more booths featuring Bosnian, Brazilian, Ethiopian, Filipino and other international dishes.

Children's activities are also a main focus of the festival. Mask-making, storytelling and tribal dance lessons will be available for children to participate in. Educational exhibits will also be displayed in the park, providing an opportunity for people to learn more about cultural ancestry and local immigrants.

Admission to the festival and entertainment is free of charge.
