It's time for the third installment of one of the biggest makeovers you've ever seen. Our compadres at Alive Magazine are giving one local woman "the works" in Alive's Ultimate Makeover. Laurie Whiteside is going through a nine month long, head to toe, reinvention.

ToastedRav has been following the progress, and this time that path goes through a plastic surgeon's office as well as an operating room.
