A** in the Sand or Toes in the Sand?

I prefer the a** version.

The a** version is better because the lyrics make sense. The other one says "Toes in the water, toes in the clay". They can't be BOTH.

Play the original...keep it real. It's not a family friendly song a** or no a**. Dress a pig in a suit...it's still a pig!

I like the a** version, it does make more sense. I get and respect why 92.3 chooses to play the toes version but maybe only play the a** version after a certain time of night??

Play the clean version in the a.m. and give us the REAL version the rest of the day. Compromise!

I prefer the a** version! I understand and respect why WIL chooses to play the toes version but it doesn't make as much sense and there is always the opption of turning it down if person doesn't like it. Toby Keith's song has been played for years even though his song has the "A-word" in it. And as for the kids....come on, if your enough of a parent to be concered with what your kids are listening to then you enough of a parent to talk to your kids and explain that it isn't a word they should use. If my 5 year-old and 2 year-old nephews can understand this though the sing along to ALL country songs as well as many other types of music (Kid-Rock and Sammy Hagar included) and know that when "adult words" come up they don't sing that part, so can any other kid! PLEASE PLAY THE ORIGINAL VERSION!!! I never thought WIL would be the ones to censer their listeners!!

I don't have an opinion either way as to which version is played; however, there are numerous other songs that have questionable language in them including the Friday "booty" song which has some very sexual innuendos. As an educator and a parent, I believe that it is my responsibility to teach my children right from wrong and I believe that censorship should be taken care of in the home. With all the innuendos in songs and on TV, our children are exposed daily...an additional song with a minor bad word is the least of our worries!

Great job on the song, hubby! I still love this video, though, and wanted to share it with everyone else. Proud of my boys!

i think its stupid that people cant just accept the fact that the song cant say a**, when other songs can be much worse. so i prefer the a** version. !!!!
