2:02pm - Take Three got things underway with Randy explaining the bike race known as the Tour De Donut while Rammer hated on lower tier conferences in college football for giving in to the BCS and D'Marco praised NFL defensive linemen Kevin Williams and Pat Williams for being vindicated in the StarCaps case.

2:20pm - The gang gave their thoughts on how the Cardinals could build a World Series contender annually.  (Roy Halladay)

2:40pm - Ultimate Fighting Championship play-by-play announcer Mike Goldeberg stopped by to preview UFC 100 scheduled for this weekend.

3:02pm - Take It or Leave It.

3:20pm - Randy, Rammer and D'Marco pondered whether or not the Cardinals are getting hot right before the All-Star Break.

3:40pm - Former Cardinals shortstop Garry Templeton stopped by to discuss his time in St. Louis.

4:02pm - The boys reacted to the Cardinals 5-1 win over the Brewers this afternoon.

4:20pm - FOX Broadcaster Joe Buck gave us the details on the MLB All-Star Game and his involvement with the event.

4:40pm - New Blues T.V. color analyst Darren Pang took some time to discuss his not so strange role.

5:02pm - I'm Just Sayin'.

5:20pm - 101 ESPN Cardinals Insider Joe Strauss joined us from Milwaukee to talk all-things Redbirds.
