Heidi and Spencer Pratt, known to the name-meshing public as Speidi, took on Al Roker this week. The Today Show veteran went off on the two during an interview for being the annoying twerps that they are. Spencer later told TMZ Mr. Roker narrowly escaped bodily harm and the entire world responded by laughing in unison.

Jon and Kate Gosselin now realize it's the uncomfortable tension created by their mortally wounded marriage that keeps us tuned into Jon and Kate Plus 8. The show has seen a massive drop in ratings after the past few episodes failed to address the marital issues between the two. Meanwhile, the tabloids say Jon and Kate spent their tenth anniversary in different homes...that's a great sign!

Late Show host David Letterman endured a week of backlash after firing off a joke about Alex Rodriguez knocking up Sarah Palin's daughter. Letterman finally caved and issued an apology to the governor, who responded by shooting a family of wolves.

Star Gazing

Lindsay Lohan is caught up in an investigation into how nearly half a million dollars in jewelry went missing from her recent photoshoot with Elle Magazine. Lindsey's spokespeople say the actress has nothing to do with the missing jewels, but the New York Post is reporting Linds asked to keep the jewelry and was told she couldn't. Then, all of the sudden, it disappeared. That is SO weird!

The Hogan family has stepped the inappropriateness up a notch. This week Brooke took to E! to lash out at her mom's new boyfriend, suggesting he's simply dating Linda Hogan for the money. This comes after Linda spewed to Perez that her daughter's chest is plastic and her singing blows.

Bullock stars as a businesswoman who, facing deportation, takes a desperate leap by announcing her plan to marry her assistant Ryan Reynolds. The two seem less than perfect for each other, and hilarity supposedly ensues.
